great stay with pleasant staff but slightly far from attractions

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel environment I also found the staff very accommodating especially Genesis who was always available to assist.

The hotel location may not suit everyone due to its distance from main tourist attractions.

I loved that my room was stocked with thoughtful extras like shaving cream and toothpaste, and the rooftop views were stunning. The clean hardwood floors were a welcoming surprise!

Awesome stay in Chinatown!

The staff was super friendly and really made sure we felt at home. Loved the room—clean and comfy, with no yucky stains on the towels! Chinatown's got some bomb food, and it’s nice and quiet for NYC. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more exciting.

It was just a commendable fit for a flash stay in New York with extraordinarily good value for money. The room we had was facing the street, which was surprisingly bright at night, but I brought my eye mask, so it wasn't an issue. Just make sure to pack something to block out the light if you're sensitive to it.

Excellent room, excellent staff, the facilities were impeccable, with everything clean and working as expected. The location was great, just a short distance from LaGuardia Airport and close to diners and nightlife.

Our stay was fantastic mainly because of the spacious balcony! It became our little oasis. Only downside was the noise from cleaning staff in the morning. Overall, a pleasant experience. 🌟

I mean, I was just expecting to crash for the night but the towels were monogrammed, like who does that anymore? And the room was clean, which is crucial, you know? Plus, I had a balcony that overlooked the street, perfect for some fresh air before I hit the sack.
